What to write about
Something is broken. Tell us the game, the phone or
browser you were using, and what you did just before. That is usually enough
for us to make it happen again, which is most of the work.
Your account or your data. Deletion, a copy of what we
hold, a correction. Write from the address you signed up with and we answer
within thirty days, as the privacy policy says.
Advertising or a partnership. Same address.
A game you would like to see. We read these, and some of
them have been made.
How long we take
We answer everyone. Most messages get a reply within a few days; requests
about personal data within thirty days, which is the limit the law sets and
not a target we aim for.
What we cannot do by email
We cannot bring back progress lost on a device where you played without an
account. Without a sign-in there is nothing on our side to restore from, and
that is also why we ask for so little: what we do not hold, we cannot lose
and cannot hand to anyone.
