Sculpt
Puzzle · plays in your browser, no download
A slab of clay on the wheel and a card with a person in a pose. Carve away everything that is not the statue, and do not cut into it: clay you take never comes back.
Where it comes from
Sculpting games on phones usually hand you a finished statue to reveal. This one is closer to the real thing: a block, a reference, and a tool that takes away exactly what it touches. The clay is a grid underneath, but every cell is drawn as a soft disc so the edges come out round.
How to play
- Drag your finger over the clay to carve it away. The tool cuts just above your finger, so you can see what you take.
- Take away everything that is not the statue. When the statue is clean enough, you win.
- Carve too much into the figure and the statue is ruined. Clay you have taken does not come back.
- More stars means harder poses, a finer tool, less time and no drawing on the clay: only the card.
What makes this one different
Carving is the one job here where a mistake cannot be taken back. The quick strokes are out at the edges of the slab; the slow ones are in the gaps between an arm and the body, where the tool barely fits. The clock decides how long you can spend on those, and the figure decides how close you dare to go.
Ten poses, from standing still to dancing, and the higher levels get the ones with arms close to the body. Every pose has been checked to be cleanable to the level it is used at with the tool of that level. More stars means a finer tool, less time, higher marks to reach, and at five stars no drawing on the clay at all: only the card.
