Where it comes from
The endless-traffic racer, which has been the most played shape of driving game on phones since about 2019. The look is older than that: the road here is drawn the way the arcade cabinets drew it in 1986 — a list of slices, each with its own bend and its own height, projected with one divide. There is no 3D engine anywhere in it.
How to play
- Get to the chequered flag. The bar at the bottom says how far along you are.
- More stars means faster, longer, and more traffic.
What makes this one different
The car drives itself and all you do is move it across the road. Hitting another car costs you speed and costs you points, but it never ends the run — the clock does that. Two wheels on the grass and you slow right down, and in a corner the road pushes you out, so you steer into it.
No track is handed out until a line through the traffic has been worked out, and any car that would close that line is never placed. The line is not just clear, it is *drivable*: the sideways step it asks for is worked out from the steering rate and the speed of the level, because a line you cannot follow is no better than no line at all. The prova takes the line and drives it inside the real engine rather than believing the builder.
