Terms of Service

Brain Games · effective 31 October 2026 · Versione italiana

These terms cover brain-games.app and the Brain Games apps. They are short on purpose.

Playing costs nothing

Every game is free to play. The games carry advertising; a paid subscription removes it. Nothing else is required of you, and most games open without an account at all.

Your account

You need an account only to play against other people or to carry progress between devices. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in to yourself. You can delete the account at any time from inside the app, or by writing to us, and everything attached to it goes with it.

What you may not do

If you do, we may close the account, and we will tell you why.

Coins, subscriptions and refunds

Coins bought inside a game stay inside that game and are worth nothing outside it. Purchases and subscriptions go through Google Play, so refunds follow Google's rules and are asked of Google, not of us. A subscription runs until you cancel it, and you cancel it from your Google account.

Who owns what

The games, the drawings and the name Brain Games belong to ARDINOX SAGL. The rules of chess, draughts, backgammon and solitaire belong to nobody, and we have never claimed otherwise. Where a game uses a photograph or a sound made by somebody else, the credit is inside the game.

No promises we cannot keep

The games are provided as they are. We try to keep them working and we fix what gets reported, but we do not promise the service is always reachable or free of faults, and we are not liable for indirect damage. Nothing written here takes away the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

If these change

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so in the app rather than quietly editing this page.

Which law

Swiss law applies and the place of jurisdiction is Lugano, Switzerland. If you live in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
